We wanted to bring high quality and delicious pizza to our home town of Marion Arkansas so we traveled to the North American Pizza and Culinary Academy. There we worked with Anthony Iannone, a 2nd generation NY Italian, to develop our dough recipe. We make it daily from scratch and proof it 48 hours before hand stretching to 16", topping it with fresh ingredients and firing in our Italian brick oven. The result is a thin, crispy yet chewy pizza that you will devour, crust and all.
We have renovated 78 & 80 Court Street in downtown Marion to create fun atmosphere where you can grab a pizza, drink a beer, and watch a game. We opened the wall between the two buildings to create an extended dining room and bar where we serve draft beer and seltzer based cocktails in a frosted glasses. We have 6 flat screen TVs to make sure you can catch all the games at once. Best of all, you can do all these things while eating sensational pizza. Don't want to dine in? We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source the highest quality ingredients from our flour to our cheese. We import our flour to craft our authentic dough. Our cheese is made with buffalo milk to give it a rich flavor and perfect caramelization. We use only fresh veggies and the highest quality meats on our pizzas. Our salads are made with leaf lettuce and fresh spinach, no iceberg here. We are dedicated to bringing you a great product in a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
